The Order of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine dated March 1, 2024, No. 158 On Amendments to the Procedure for Maintaining a Record of Cultural Heritage Sites was registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2024, under No. 425/41770 (hereinafter - Order No. 158).
Thus, given that the order No. 158 was registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2024 (while the deadline for the implementation of the measure was set for June 2023) and made public, the measure is considered to have been implemented in time and in full.
