The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.5.2.1. Cultural heritage sites have been inventoried, and the inventory findings have been used to update the list of historic populated areas; the electronic register of cultural heritage sites has been populated with data and made public

2.5.2. The absence of public information on cultural heritage sites and conflicts in urban development and landmark protection laws result in abuses and development of cultural heritage sites.

За інформацією МКІП виконання заходу не розпочато, оскільки громадські обговорення щодо таких проектів актів не проводяться. Накази МКІП щодо вилучення пам’яток із реєстру оприлюднюються постійно після їх прийняття.
У попередніх звітніх періодах МКІП повідомлялося, що усі об’єкти, що заносяться до реєстру підлягають обов’язковому обговоренню в рамках експертної комісії при МКІП. Проведення громадських обговорень щодо наказів МКІП про занесення пам’яток місцевого значення до Державного реєстру нерухомих пам’яток України не передбачено чинним законодавством.
Водночас, оскільки не надано інформації про проведення громадських та/або експертних обговорень, оприлюднення їх результатів, захід є невиконаним.
