According to the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine (MCIP), orders of the MCIP on the removal of landmarks from the register are published on a regular basis after their adoption.
The MCIP regularly issues orders regarding the recognition of cultural heritage sites as not subject to entry in the State Register of Immovable Landmarks of Ukraine or their removal from the register.
Such orders are published, in particular, on the official website of the MCIP.
During March-September 2023, the MCIP adopted orders No. 471 of September 04, 2023, No. 246 of May 10, 2023, No. 369 of July 06, 2023, No. 354 of June 30, 2023, No. 407 of July 27, 2023, No. 147 of March 30, 2023, No. 470 of September 04, 2023, No. 263 of May 12, 2023, which were related to the recognition of cultural heritage sites as not subject to entry in the State Register of Immovable Landmarks of Ukraine or their removal from the register.
In March 2024, the MCIP adopted similar orders, namely the order of the MCIP dated March 5, 2024 No. 168 and the order of the MCIP dated March 26, 2024 No. 239.
Given the above, this measure has been implemented.
