The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.2.2.4. An information and analytical system for management of natural resources management has been introduced, which provides open access to up-to-date information on natural resources, contains the functionality of electronic services, electronic reporting, traceability, environmental monitoring and inspection, as well as an open software interface for creating analytical and visual (geoinformation) software based on the data of this information and analytical system (without the right to modify such data)

Як повідомляє Міндовкілля, Інформація щодо водних об'єктів у векторному вигляді (цифровому форматі) відображається на геопорталі "Водні ресурси України".
Державною службою геології та надр України в рамках Меморандуму з ЄБРР буде проведено оцифрування 5 тис. книг геологічних звітів упродовж 6 місяців.
Держлісагентство розробляє проєкт постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про внесення змін до Порядку ведення державного лісового кадастру та обліку лісів» , що передбачає внесення змін до Порядку ведення державного лісового кадастру та обліку лісів у зв’язку із прийняттям Закону України «Про національну інфраструктуру геопросторових даних».
Впроваджено кадастр природно заповідних територій, розробляється кадастр лісових, водних ресурсів.
11.07.2023 було прийнято постанову про Порядок обліку артезіанських свердловин, порядок регламентує функціонування реєстру свердловин.
З урахуванням наданої Міндовкілля інформації захід може вважатися таким, що виконаний частково.
