The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Resolution No. 1156 dated November 7, 2023, which defines the procedure for providing a comprehensive electronic public service "e-Entrepreneur", which simplifies the conditions for starting and/or conducting business activities and consists of the following electronic public services
- state registration of an individual as an entrepreneur;
- state registration of changes to the information about an individual entrepreneur contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations;
- submission of a notice of use or refusal to use a single account;
- registration as a single tax payer;
- registration as a value added tax payer;
- registration of a payment transaction registrar and a software payment transaction registrar, as well as search for a fiscal receipt;
- registration of a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base of a business entity with the requirements of fire safety legislation;
- submission of information on labor demand (vacancies);
- state registration of food market operators' facilities;
- issuance of a permit to perform high-risk work and start of operation (use) of high-risk machinery, mechanisms, and equipment;
- registration of a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of labor protection legislation;
- opening a bank account.
The e-Entrepreneur service is provided at the request of an individual who intends to start and/or conduct business activities.
The provision of electronic public services that are part of the e-Entrepreneur service through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services is an alternative way of obtaining them and does not exclude the possibility of obtaining these services in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services provides the applicant with the opportunity to choose the electronic public services he/she wishes to receive as part of the e-Entrepreneur service.
