The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.2.4.1. The legislative and executive branches of government have introduced a structured and effective policy analysis process in their decision-making procedures as part of state policymaking, continued systemic analysis of market regulation and implementation of recommendations based on its findings

Вищою школою публічного управління спільно з проектом ЄС «Підтримка комплексної реформи державного управління в Україні» (EU4PAR) розроблено загальну короткострокову програму підвищення кваліфікації державних службовців категорії «А» з питань аналізу політики «Публічна політика» (затверджено наказом Вищої школи від 29.01.2024 р. №7-ОД/24 та погоджено наказом НАДС від 13.03.2024 р. №46-24).
