За інформацією Мінагрополітики за результатами проведеного моніторингу не виявлено проектів законів, які передбачають внесення змін до Земельного кодексу України щодо скасування розроблення комплексних планів просторового розвитку території територіальних громад та визначення на підставі цього функціонального зонування територій, обмежень у використанні земель як обов’язкових передумов встановлення та зміни цільового призначення земельних ділянок.
