The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.2.1.1. The overall level of tolerance of corruption in Ukraine has decreased owing to the integration of anticorruption topics into educational curricula at all levels, which includes instilling in society a stable perception of corruption as a phenomenon that significantly slows down the socioeconomic development of the country, of corrupt officials as persons who make public administration ineffective, and the realization that dishonest practices, even when they look like a convenient opportunity to solve their issues in the short term, are always disadvantageous for individuals and society in the medium and long term

1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За інформацією Управління просвітницької роботи та навчальних програм апарату Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції, наказом Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції (далі - Національне агентство) від 02.06.2025 №152/25 утворено робочу групу з розроблення навчально-методичних матеріалів з антикорупційної тематики (запобігання корупції та доброчесність) для здобувачів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти в частині розвитку наскрізних громадянських та соціальних компетентностей.
Підготовлено проект навчально-методичних матеріалів та передано на ознайомлення Голові Національного агентства (службова записка №120-06/5970-25 від 30.06.2025).
Станом на кінець звітного періоду розробку навчально-методичні матеріали з антикорупційної тематики (запобігання корупції та доброчесність) для здобувачів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти в частині розвитку наскрізних громадянських та соціальних компетентностей фіналізовано.
Після завершення редакторської та літературної вичитки матеріали буде оформлено у форматі посібника та запропоновано для пілотного впровадження в закладах професійної освіти у IV кварталі 2025 року.
Таким чином, зважаючи на ступінь відповідності фактично вжитих дій вимогам ДАП щодо змісту та способу виконання заходу, вважаємо за можливе констатувати, що захід є виконаним частково.
