1.2.1.2.16. Gathering and consolidating data on the implementation of recommendations by institutions of higher education, once every six months

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.2.1.2. The overall level of tolerance of corruption in Ukraine has decreased owing to the creation of favorable conditions for professional development of educators and people working with the public, in particular in matters of academic integrity and instilling an attitude of intolerance of corruption in all its manifestations among students
Problem solving:
1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

За повідомленням Міністерства освіти і науки України (далі - МОН), було надіслано закладам вищої освіти лист від 22 квітня 2025 року № 1/8061-25 щодо виконання вимог підпункту 1.2.1.2.15 Державної антикорупційної програми, зокрема – щодо необхідності до 01 вересня 2025 року включити до власних нормативних документів (статутів, інструкцій, наказів тощо) норми, які спрямовані на підвищення прозорості та доброчесності в діяльності ЗВО відповідно до положень Методичних рекомендацій.
Листом від 07.10.2025 №1/21129-25 МОН здійснює моніторинг запровадження Методичних рекомендацій щодо прозорості та доброчесності в закладах вищої освіти.
Державною службою якості освіти України розробляється інструментарій, який дозволить здійснити збір та узагальнення даних щодо виконання рекомендацій закладами вищої освіти за друге півріччя 2025 року.
