Захід не виконано. Міністерство соціальної політики України про виконання заходу станом на 31.03.2024 зазначає таке: «Відповідно до Плану законопроектної роботи Верховної Ради України на 2024 рік, затвердженого Постановою Верховної Ради України від 06.02.2024 № 3561-IX, подання Соціального кодексу України до Верховної Ради України визначено на жовтень 2024 року.
Наразі Мінсоцполітики спільно з Комітетом Верховної Ради України з питань соціальної політики та захисту прав ветеранів та командою проекту Ради Європи „Посилення соціального захисту в Україні” напрацьовано загальну концепцію та структуру проекту Соціального кодексу; ведеться робота щодо наповнення окремих розділів проекту.»
