The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:

За інформацією Мінінфраструктури: "Мінінфраструктури листом від 16.08.2023 №13468/34/10-23 подано бюджетний запит на 2024-2026 роки, в якому зазначені пропозиції щодо передбачення у Державному бюджеті на 2024 рік субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на розроблення комплексних планів просторового розвитку територій територіальних громсад у сумі 200000,0тис.гривень. Але дана пропозиція не врахована Мінфіном під час розроблення та формування проекту Закону України "Про Державний бюджет на 2024 рік".
Таким чином, вказаний захід є виконаним частково, оскільки надані Мініфроструктурою пропозиції не були враховані Мінфіном під час розроблення та формування проекту Закону України "Про Державний бюджет на 2024 рік.
