2.5.6.1.12. Provisions for development of no less than 25 comprehensive territorial communities’ spatial development plans
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.5.6.1. Mechanisms have been introduced to create incentives for local self-government bodies to quickly develop and approve planning documentation for the entire territory of territorial communities (both within population centers and outside their limits)
Problem solving:
2.5.6. The free-of-charge procedure for changing the designated purpose of land plots fosters corruption in the process of making the relevant decisions.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Станом на І квартал 2025 року Мінрозвитку повідомило, що:
- ухвалено рішень щодо розроблення комплексних планів: 492;
- сформовано технічних завдань: 113;
- ухвалено концепцій інтегрованого розвитку, що також виконують функції тех.завдання: 59;
- проведено тендерів на розроблення та укладено договорів: 36;
- опубліковано для громадських обговорень: 16;
- ухвалено рішень про затвердження: 3.
Станом на ІІ квартал 2025 року Мінрозвитку повідомило, що:
- ухвалено рішень щодо розроблення комплексних планів: 492;
- у 113-ти громадах сформовано технічне завдання шляхом проведення громадських обговорень на розроблення комплексного плану;
- 36 громад уклали договір на розробку зазначеної містобудівної документації,
- ухвалено рішень про затвердження: 4.
Зазначена вище інформація свідчить про те, що прогрес у виконанні заходу наявний.
