За інформацією, наданою Мінінфраструктури, узгоджено та підготовлено проект договору та протоколу про інформаційну взаємодію між Мінінфраструктури та Міністерством культури та інформаційної політики України. Водночас, серед причин невиконання заходу Мінінфраструктури вказує: "Доопрацювання АРI Системи обліку нерухомих об’єктів культурної спадщини України "Державний реєєстр нерухомих пам’яток України".
Оскільки договір та протокол про інформаційну взаємодію між Мінінфраструктури та Міністерством культури та інформаційної політики України перебувають на стадії проекту, а Державний реєстр нерухомих пам’яток не введений в експлуатацію, відповідний захід є невиконаним, однак прогрес у його виконанні наявний.
